Our company is looking for individuals that have experience in auto dealership accounting … preferably with CDK … and that would enjoy working in a face-paced professional environment.

 

Responsibilities could include:

  • Balance and prepare case deposits for multiple departments within the dealership.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions for the dealership daily.
  • Title Clerk responsibilities.
  • Payoff and floor vehicles with Toyota.
  • Clean schedules
  • Post general ledgers
  • Data entry
  • Warranty submits & cancels.
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Dealership accounting experience
  • High school diploma and at least one (1) year accounting experience
  • 10-key experience

 

Physical Requirements:

  • The physical requirements of the positions are Light to Medium Work.
  • Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
  • Frequent – Repetitive motion.
  • Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting (10 lbs.)
  • Frequent – Must be able to lift 15 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Constant – Required to sit for long periods of time.

 

Physical Working Conditions:

  • These positions are subject to inside working conditions including but not limited to: varying temperature changes and slightly elevated ambient noise levels.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, overtime as needed.
  • Paid semi-monthly.
