BILLING SPECIALIST

            Job Requirements:

  • Book car deals.
  • Process payoffs on trade-ins and floor plans.
  • Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents.
  • Reconciles inventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Reconciles and completes sales consultant commissions.
  • Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Other accounting duties as needed.
  • High school diploma or general education diploma and one year experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

 

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

            Job Requirements:

  • Enter all accounts payable invoices that are scheduled to be paid into the system.
  • Maintain clean accounting schedules.
  • Answer all vendor inquiries.
  • Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary.
  • Ordering and distributing Supply Inventory.
  • Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prior Accounts Payable experience required.
  • Knowledge of accounts payable workflow.
  • Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
  • Other accounting duties as needed.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH POSITIONS:

  • The physical requirements for both positions are Light to Medium work and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 
  • Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
  • Constant – Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
  • Frequent – Repetitive motion.
  • Occasional – Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting (~15-20 lbs.)
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 

PHYSICAL WORK CONDITIONS FOR BOTH POSITIONS:

  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR BOTH POSITIONS:

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 PM
  • Possible overtime as needed.
