The Jim Norton Auto Group is looking for the best, most highly driven Sales Director to join Oklahoma's largest automotive group, forecasting over 15,000 units for 2020. Substantial income potential. The Jim Norton Auto Group has been doing business in the Tulsa area for over 80 years. 10 years automotive experience, including managerial roles in New Car, Pre-owned and Finance department are mandatory. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of their team members and measuring the performance of the employees in the department. With sales volume on the rise, we need a department leader with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills and training abilities.

This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to: temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dust associated with operating an auto dealership.
