Automotive Billing Clerk

Primary Duties:

• Receive and process paperwork from FI
• Give title and lien to title clerk to prepare title and get lien filed
• Verify cost of vehicle and all calculation are accurate including we owes, incentives etc.
• Calculate Sales commission and print voucher
• Verify all information in FI screen is accurate
• Post the vehicle sell to accounting (must have automotive accounting experience)
• Make trade jacket –give to title clerk if title needs to be applied for
• When deal funds – give trade jacket to title clerk so payoff (if applicable) can be made
• Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

 Job Requirements

• Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills        
• Solid computer and data entry skills
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
