Our Collision Center is looking for an Office Manager - immediate position.

Job Responsibilities

This position will handle or assist others with the following duties (to name a few):

1. Assist CSR's in answering In-Bound Phone Calls

2. Assist CSR's with scheduling estimate and drop-off appointments

2. Assist CSR's with Collection & Processing of payments/paperwork from customers (drop off & pickup)

3. Assist Estimators with opening Repair Orders

4. Assist Estimators with investigating Outstanding Account Receivables on Claims

5. Assist CSR's with waiting room being customer ready -- tend to coffee machine and waiting room cleanliness

6. Book & Pre-Invoice Repair Order paperwork (flag technician times, verify part & sublet invoices are all billed out)

7. Manage CSR schedules and training

8. Attend Production Meetings to review RO's to be prepared for delivery that day, outstanding Receivables, scheduling needs

9. Assist CSR's, etc with scanning necessary documents into management software

8. CCC & CDK experience a huge PLUS

9. Office Management and Customer Service Experience a huge PLUS
