$3500 - $4500 a month >> depending on applicable experience

40 hr. / 5 day workweek.  Alternating schedules between 7am - 6pm Monday - Saturday (2 different shifts during this range of business hours)

Experience at Enterprise Rental, Hertz Rental, etc., is preferred but not mandatory (Highly willing to train)

Rental Fleet Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Will meet & greet customers at beginning of transaction
  • Will verify customer information via IPAD
  • Will review applicable process and policies for check out and check in of rental / loaner vehicle
  • Will answer phones to setup reservations for the future
  • Will follow-up with customers to ensure vehicle returns as scheduled
  • Will work with our other departments with rental / loaner vehicles
  • Will process payments and paperwork for all rentals / loaners
  • Work well in a team environment to provide customers a top level experience
  • Maintain and Grow Relationships with other local Bodyshop Repair Centers
  • Maintain and Grow Relationships with Insurance Companies

Skills/Qualifications

  • Easily absorb hands-on training  
  • Ability to follow provided word tracks and instructions
  • Enjoy following standard processes vs a free-for-all, hap-hazard environment
  • Enjoy and are able to project a happy, joyful, and caring spirit through the phone and face to face with customers!!!
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients
  • Friendly but professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Provide solution to customer objections in order to provide a great outcome for customers and our company
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for the Variable & Fixed Operations Departments
  • Determination to effectively follow-up with customers

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have valid driver's license
