Automotive dealership seeks experienced individual with strong automotive dealership accounting and office management background. Candidate must be proficient with CDK DMS. Position includes daily management of accounting staff and workflow. Candidate will assist Controller/CFO in all aspects of producing and maintaining financial reporting on manufacturer monthly statements. Key Responsibilities Include: Training, support and management of the accounting office and administration staff. Assist in the reconciliation of general ledger and all schedules and accounts. Establish and implement controls for incentives, warranty reimbursement, inventory etc. Identify redundancies and opportunities for better processes. Ensure compliance with all government regulations.

High School or General Education Degree (GED); and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
