Service Appointment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Will contact prior service customers from provided lists
  • Upon contact you will verify and update other contact information
  • Will then review current service intervals needed on their vehicle
  • Will review prior previously declined services to add to upcoming appointment
  • Will review any open safety recalls to add to upcoming appointment
  • Will work inconjunction with our rental car department for scheduling a Toyota Rental Car
  • Will record appointments inside dealership system
  • Will record contact responses and such in system
  • Will contact 75-100 customers per day
  • Work well in a team environment to provide customers a top level experience

Skills/Qualifications

  • Easily absorb hands-on training  
  • Ability to follow provided word tracks and instructions
  • Enjoy following standard processes vs a free-for-all, hap-hazard environment
  • Enjoy and are able to project a happy, joyful, and caring spirit through the phone ... Excellent telephone skills are a must!!!
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients
  • Friendly but professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Provide solution to customer objections in order to set the appointments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for the Fixed Operations Departments
  • Determination to effectively follow-up with customers

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have valid driver's license

Compensation and Promotion Opportunities

  • $10-$15 per clock hour (40 hr work week)
  • Bonuses based on shown appointments
  • Bonuses based on specific operations performed on an appointment
  • Average performers will range between $2000 - $2500 a month
  • Top performers will range between $2500 - $3000 a month
  • Progress to Service Advisor, Service Drive Team Leader, Service Manager
