Job Description

Goals for Position:

The Used Car Customer Data Tracker will professionally interact with salesmen and management and report data at the end of every work day directly to management. The candidate must be mature and capable of handling any diverse situations that may arise. The candidate must be up-beat and cheerful and be a shining example of the Jim Norton Core Values (team work, integrity, urgency and attention to detail).

Responsibilities:

Understands and follows the customer tracking procedures
Directs Salesmen to customers as necessary
Must be able to professionally interact with customers as necessary.
Maintains professional appearance (following JNT dress code standards)
Performs other duties as assigned

Specifics:

Learn and be proficient on our customer data program, CRM (Customer Relationship Management software), Microsoft Office, and any other computer programs deemed necessary to support the Used Car sales team efforts
Send daily report to management.

Hours:

3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday to Friday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday
