PLUS SIGN-ON Bonus of $2500 ($1250 paid at the end of 2nd and 4th pay periods) to assist you with the conversion to our Health insurance. Have that money to pay for your COBRA coverage and other benefits lost. With COBRA, you maintain your current Health coverage and pay your current Health Insurance premium plus any portion your previous employer currently pays toward the total premium. NOTE: our benefits all begin upon completion of 2 full calendar months of employment.

How it works >> At hiring, if you have currently averaged 20 FH's a day, we guarantee you 16 FH's a day x # of days in pay period as a backstop so you have NO FEARS of slow times of the year!!!! We have the work for an array of producers. You can earn what you can produce every pay period! 60-100+ hours per week available (dependent upon your abilities), 5 day work week (M-F), fully Air Conditioned and heated facility, we invest in annual training, and all benefits are live in 2 full calendar months (this includes 401k ... no waiting for 1 year). Vacation is 1 week after 1 year, 2 after 2, and 3 after 7 years. Your vacation hours (40, 80, 120 hrs) are front loaded every January. OH YEAH >> All of our body equipment is brand new to less than 3 yrs old so Top notch equipment and facility for Top notch employees!!
